JOB TITLE: Technical Project Manager
This exciting position is responsible for managing the delivery of services to our key
customers. The Technical Project Manager's overall responsibilities include understanding
project requirements, developing project plans/SOWs, assigning and tracking tasks, assessing
and managing project risks, running project meetings, and communicating status. Project
responsibilities encompass all aspects of a project form the design and planning stage to
allocation and training of resources, along with managing all of the logistical details of the
project.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities
? Must have extensive technical knowledgeable of production IT environments.
? Must have 7+ years of experience working with as a technical project manager in IT.
? Must have a good understanding of NetApp, Juniper and Riverbed products and
technologies.
? Demonstrates the ability to manage client interaction and expectations.
? Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
? Communicates effectively with clients.
? Must be detail-oriented.
? Is able to resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
? Able to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
? Skilled in facilitating effective team interaction.
? Excellent communications and documentation skills.
? Able to manage many concurrent IT implementation projects.
? Experience with developing project templates and sample documentation.
? Must be a driven, self-motivated individual that requires little direction.
? Available for deployments during non-standard working hours.
? Experience working as an IT engineer is a plus.
? Able to build virtual teams of expertise by leveraging internal and external resources.
? Able to assist sales team with requests for bids/proposals.
? Has excellent communication skills including technical writing skills.
? Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client
relationships.
? Should be able to deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
? Able to assist with the creation of Statements of Work (SOW's) and Project Plans for
proposals and installations.
