| Support Staff NOW HIRING AT ADEC! GREAT WAY TO ENTER HEALTHCARE FIELD! ADEC is now hiring for Support Staff in the South Bend/Mishawaka area. Positions are working with adults who have a range of developmental disabilities. Job duties include helping with personal care, teaching daily living skills, helping with household chores, and giving medications. The goal of ADEC is to help clients with disabilities to live as independently as possible. Accepting applications for 2nd and 3rd shifts for full and part time. No experience required, but must have solid work history, valid drivers license, high school diploma/GED, and proof of auto insurance. Criminal background checks and drug screens are conducted. ADEC offers an excellent benefit package including vacation, insurance and retirement plans. Starting pay is $8.00/hr with incremental pay increases up to $9.00 within a year based on performance. Representatives from Human Resources will be on-site Monday, January 30th from Noon-3pm at our Mishawaka location, 3618 Grape Road, Mishawaka, on the corner of Grape Road and Edison, next to Barnabys Pizza.
