Job Description:
Senior Network Field Service Engineer/Solutions Architect
* Providing both on site and remote network services to customers as needed. 
* More specifically you will be responsible for installations, configurations, repairs and replacements of equipment to include but not limited to: 
* Required certifications: Virtualization (Citrix Xen, etc.)
* Attend both on-site and in-house meetings with pre-qualified customers to gather information in order to write a complete Scope of Work (SOW) for the job.
* Write detailed Scopes of Work and Project Plans for presentation to both our own sales teams and customers.
* Be prepared to be the lead engineer on any SOW written by you or another Solutions Architect.
* Develop template documentation to be used by Networking Department staff as needed.
