Immediate Opening: Regional Vice President of Operations New England Region
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Position is based in the New England region (must live in MA, NH, RI, CT-VT and ME are options as well) and reports to a Divisional Vice President of Operations. (15 Senior communities including IL, AL, MC and CCRC)
Key responsibilities include:
• Successfully managing operational needs and opportunities
• Increasing sales and revenue
• Budget control
• Creation of new revenue initiatives
• Development of bottom-line focused business plans
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensuring company culture is embraced throughout region
• Lead with a balanced focus on service, people and financial success.
We seek the following qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the senior living industry in an Operations or Senior Management role with multi-site management.
• BS degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field.
• Proven builder and leader of successful teams.
• Skilled nursing experience required.
• Multi-state & multi-unit experience required.
• Must be based in the New England territory.

• Willingness to travel (approximately 75%, mostly within territory)
• Strong customer service track record with measurable results
• Creative thinker with ideas that can be easily implemented
