Job Summary:
Consultrants focus on post-sales product and service implementation and operational support of security technologies implemented. This technical position installs, tests, evaluates and maintains newly purchased or existing equipment and software. Consultants are responsible for completing project implementation schedules on-time and for ensuring final customer satisfaction. They are also responsible for meeting consulting billing objectives.
Reporting Relationships: Consultants report directly to the Staffing Director. Consultants do not have direct reports.
- Install, test, evaluate customer ordered equipment and software.
- Maintain and administer newly implemented or existing technology solutions in accordance customer standards or best practices.
- Complete administrative project tasks like time and expense entry, status reporting, and project completion reporting.
- Ensure customer communication and satisfaction when project is complete to be sure project has met all proposal objectives and is completed on-time.
- Act as representative to identify opportunities as they relate to practice areas.
- Refer potential add-on sales opportunities to either account managers or solutions engineers
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Obtain and maintain top tier vendor certification.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional associations such as ISSA.
- Thorough understanding of large scale environments
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills

Expert knowledge of using Microsoft Office
Candidates should have RSA Envision SIEM experience working in a global enterprise. The individual will report to the customer director in charge of its Secure Operations Center. The work performed at the customer location will include operational support, supporting system expansions and roll-out, developing custom reports and provide minimal system tuning to maintain stability and support internal customer initiatives. Successful candidates will have LS experience and scripting experience.
