| RN/Nursing-Clinical Nurse Manager, Wound Care |

Single or multi-department management of operations. Manages day to day operations. Directs, supervises, orients/trains and evaluates staff. Enforces policies, procedures and standards of operation. Position has budgetary or fiscal accountability. Renders individualized comprehensive nursing care, based on nursing process, to meet the patient's physical, psychological, spiritual, social and educational needs. Manages the staff to meet designated goals. Position is responsible for approving timekeeping, employee evaluation, meeting applicable regulatory standards, approving supply orders and department strategic planning.
Minimum education: Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing School or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
Required Certifications: Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona. CPR required. ACLS, PALS/NRP are required for certain clinical areas. Wound Care certification required.
Salary to ~$98k DOE
