A Medical Assistant is needed immediately to work in a OB/GYN office!
This practice is limited to medical and surgical gynecology and includes both office and surgical services. They strive to offer their patients the highest technological advances in a caring and supportive atmosphere.
Their services include diagnosis and treatment in areas such as:
* Menstrual Disorders
* Menopause
* Gynecologic Infections
* Pelvic Masses
* Hormone Imbalances
* Pelvic Pain/Endometriosis
* Abnormal Pap Smears
* Urinary Tract Disorders
* Incontinence
And preventive measures such as:
* Pap Smears
* Cancer Screening
* Contraception
* Breast Examinations
Duties:
-
Assist with In-Office procedures such as LEEP's, ESSURE’s, Colposcopy, Cone Biopsy, Cryosurgery (Cryotherapy), Pap Smears, etc.

Work with children/adolescents with GYN issues
-
Tend to a heavy volume of phone messages

Perform phlebotomy duties
Requirements:
-
Must have at least 3 years of recent GYN years experience
-
Must take initiative, be a team player, and be proactive
-
Must be confident with MA skills
-
Must have excellent communication (speak excellent English)

Must have a very friendly, mature and outgoing personality
-
Must have the ability to write legibly
-
Must have a strong knowledge of LEEP's, ESSURE’s, Colposcopy, Cone Biopsy, Cryosurgery (Cryotherapy) and Pap Smear procedures
Hours: Mon –Thurs 7:30 4:30, Fri 7:30-3:30
Pay: Based on experience level
