Job Summary: The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and assisting new residents with all aspects of their transitions to and from the community. You will also provide support to the sales and marketing team. This includes answering phones, conducting tours, and meeting with prospective residents as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establish the initial contact with the potential resident, family member or referral source
• Conduct tours with potential residents and their families and closing sales
• Guide residents through the move-in process and work together with managers and staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain data base to track leads and complete daily/weekly reports
