THERAPY RECRUITER
The JAG Group is seeking a recruiter to source rehabilitation professionals for our skilled nursing facilities. The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting the following:
Speech Language Pathologists (SLP)
Physical Therapists (PT)
Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)
Occupational Therapists (OT)
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA)
The qualified candidate will have the following:
A minimum of four (4) years SALES or healthcare recruiting background
Comprehensive experience with multiple sourcing techniques and methodologies
The ability to cold call competitors and applicants
Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
An extreme sense of urgency
A strong people-oriented personality
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
The ability to handle stress and pressure
