Executive Director Surgical Services
This position is responsible for effectively running the multi-site division in the following three areas; nursing, finance and administration.
The Executive Director of Surgical Services is responsible for multi-site functions in support of the health care systems mission, vision and goals.
This position identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the growing business of the health care systems hospitals and surgery sites taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers.
This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patients, physicians, and large staff.
Demonstrates skills to assess operation and management structure and to map distinct steps to accomplish improvements, achieve goals for patient care, physician and staff satisfaction and positive community relations. Is a member of the Executive Team and works with Senior Management in meeting facility goals. Facilitates the continuum of care throughout organization.

MHS MSN plus extensive clinical expience.
