Is the direct supervisor for the Emergency Department Staff, in accordance to all applicable policy, procedure, and applicable laws. Responsibilities for staff include interviewing, hiring, developing, assigning and directing work, performance appraisals and reviews, and rewarding and discipline of staff. Will lead and conduct regular unit meetings. Confers with ED Medical Director and VP of Nursing to effectively administer all areas concerning the Emergency Department.

Job Requirements:
BSN preferred, 3-5 years Emergency Department experience including one year supervisory experience.
