Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Experience:

• Minimum of three years in an acute care facility and demonstrates a clear working knowledge of general hospital operations, JCAHO, OSHA, Medicare COP, and state requirements. 
• Minimum of two years experience in Quality Management required.
• Must have coordinated JCAHO preparation and participated in State and CMS surveys within past three years.

Certifications / Licenses:

• Current state Nurse license
