Top Community Hospital in the Madison WI area is seeking a Director of Quality and Risk Management for their Quality Department. This 60 bed hospital is known as a leader in the region at providing top care and is recognized for their cardiac and orthopedic programs. The position is an executive position and reports through the executive suite. This facility is independently owned so the individual in this position will be given a lot of autonomy to implement policies and procedures. In addition, they will have direct access to the CEO's office as well.
The ideal person shall have the following:
1) A clinical background preferably as an RN. (A BS or BA degree is required, a Masters degree is preferred (MHA, MBA, MSN, etc.))
2) 3-5 years direct experience in the quality department of a hospital
3) Prior management or leadership experience in a hospital setting.
