This is a 80 plus bed hospital located near Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is with a for-profit health chain.
Manages Department of Plant Engineering and Maintenance. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the facilities management functions of the hospital, including but not limited to planning, design, construction, alteration, operation, maintenance, and disposal of plant facilities and equipment. Establishes goals, objectives, standards of performance. Develops and implements operating policies and procedures; interprets policies, standards, regulations, and codes to personnel.
Experience: Five years experience in hospital facilities management. Sufficient previous progressively responsible experience. Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, local standards and codes, and requirements of regulatory and accreditation agencies; standard operating procedures for plant operation; budget development, control and direction; personnel management; work standards for skilled personnel; material and equipment suppliers. Must have experience with Joint Commission.
Education: Must possess high school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Technical degree in Engineering, Electricity, or Plumbing or BS/BA in like field.
Interview and relocation assistance.
Salary $70,000.00-$90,000.00 depending on experience.
