We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in hospital plant operations.
Responsibilities:
Organize and direct all plant operations within hospital.
Manages staff schedules and staff assignments for all plant operation functions.
Provide leadership in developing performance standards for all plant operations, security, and enviromental services,
Management of department's financial budget, including monitoring and controlling resource utilization and expenditures while adhering to operating budget.
Secure and oversee service contracts as it relateds to maintenance, communication, utilities, alarms, and waste disposal as it applies to plant operations, bio-medical services, security services, and enviromental services.
Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and requirement.
Your compensation package will include a base salary ( $ 55,000 - $ 68,000 DOE) plus - low cost - comprehensive benefits package (individual and family)
