Reports to the Director of HIM and oversees 15 FTEs.
The duties include: conducting monthly documentation review audits, assisting the Director of HIM in assuring compliance with hospital policies and Joint Commission.
In addition, will assist in training, orienting, and monitoring HIM staff.
In the absence of the Director, the Supervisor will assume responsibility for the department and perform related duties.
