Oversees the operations of the following Clinics and the staff/physicians:
Professional Practices Clinic (includes 1 surgeon and 1 OB/GYN)
Wound Care Clinic (includes 1 physician)
Orthopedic Clinic (includes 1 physician)
Specialty Clinics (visiting physicians)
Hospital base physicians
+ approximately 15-20 FTEs
Facility Description:
The hospital is a community-owned, non-profit regional hospital located south of Kansas City. The Facility is non-for-profit, Joint Commission approved hospital licensed for 71 beds that delivers acute care medicine. The Hospital also operates the Urgent care Clinic in town, Rural Health Clinics in surrounding areas, and a Home Health agency. In addition, the hospital owns a 40 bed Alzheimers Unit, 108 bed Nursing Home.
Job Requirements:
Business degree with 2-3 years prior clinic financial and marketing experience
