- Reports directly to Chief Executive Officer.
- Plans, organizes, and directs fiscal services department.
- Responsible for overall financial performance
- Prepares annual budget.

Job Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
* CPA preferred
* Minimum of three years experience in a for profit acute care hospital as a controller.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated oral and written communications skills in the working environment.
* Five years of management experience as a supervisor/manager.
* Hands on experience with computer programs such as Excel, Lotus, and other spreadsheet programs.
* Experience working in a team environment a must.
