Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Engineer (CCIE) with experience in architecting, deploying, and supporting Cisco


 


This position will be responsible for working with Account Executives in a direct sales role, therefore pre-sales experience is a MUST.   The successful candidate will focus on aligning solutions with customer business requirements in given industries. Candidate must possess an in-depth knowledge of these technologies and have the ability to articulate the benefits of the technology and tie them to the customers business needs.


 


Required Skills:


*7 to 10 years experience in the IT technology arena


*CCVP or CCIE Voice Certification


*Strong knowledge of Networking, Wireless LAN, & WAN Technologies and solutions


*Minimum of 2 years of Pre-sales experience


*Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working for a "Systems Integrations" type company


*Knowledge of/and fluency in articulating features, functions, benefits, and positioning solutions and services in reference to industry.


*Ability to apply this knowledge to address customer business requirements.


*Base level understanding of the market segment business and technical requirements


*Network Design Experience


*VoIP Design Experience


*Knowledge and experience with Network Security solutions


 


Required Experience:


*Experience with multiple SMB deployments of Cisco Voice solutions (50 - 100 phones)


*Ability to put together complete BOM's (Bill of Materials) and Statements of Work (SOW) for customer engagements and explain the options and identify cost savings measures that can be taken as needed


*Ability to gather the information needed from a customer, and produce a complete and thorough scope of work for a project


*Ability to put together and present a solution to a customer


*Perform network & VoIP design activities


*Perform design activities with minimal assistance


*Perform most implementation activities with minimal assistance


*Creates BOM's (Build of Materials) and Scope of work for customer opportunities


*Capable of implementing architected solutions


*Willingness to work long hours as needed, work weekends for customer cutovers and projects as needed, and travel


*Strong written and oral skills is a MUST


*Present or assist in presenting and explaining solutions to the customer


*Experience with Wireless Networking is a PLUS


*Experience with Video Solutions is a PLUS


*Experience with Data Center Solutions and/or Virtualization is a PLUS
