Toppenish Nursing and Rehab, part of the Prestige Care Inc. family, is currently looking for an experienced Administrator in Toppenish WA. The Administrator is responsible for overall operations including the direct operation of the facility, ensuring quality of care and service, and achieving fiscal targets on behalf of residents, families, and staff.
Toppenish's rehabilitation program is a wonderful solution for individuals who are stable and no longer require hospitalization, but do need intensive rehabilitation and recovery. Every resident receives a very personal approach to their care. The center is colorfully decorated in keeping with the area's Native American community.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and must be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator with preferably a min. 2 yrs.exp. in LTC. In addition, the candidate will have a proven track record of clinical survey outcomes and experience in fiscal management.
